Makes me so glad I’ve got my Evora. The 86 is a great car (minus the non-linear torque) and while the Supra has an absurd (sub 4s !!!1!) 0-60, handling is a much trickier thing to master{I’ll definitely drive my Evora down to the local Toyota dealer so I can eat my hat after a test drive}.
But while the Evora lacks things like “absolute” comfort, it’s more than an 86, and it’s handling is most likely* better than the new Supra.
At the very least I can upgrade the shitty infotainment in the evora.

Sit, a 20 year old Corvette is better than the new Supra for 1/3 the price...

I’m biased but I6’s have a certain.. something. And the current Supra interior is better than anything GM offered

I disagree, but that's cool.

Fit, finish, safety, and design is where the S upra beats the old corvette.

Nobody knows that yet, really, but a C7 is definitely better in every way for $10k less, where the used market is at. That a C5 is a better performer says a lot, even if the 20 year old interior is, well, 20 years older. Oh, and it had a manual...

C&D says 3.8 to 60.
